2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate phone/email information during registration
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep credentials secure
  • You may not use the service for illegal activities, including spam, fraud, or privacy violations

3. Fees & Payment

A free trial is available. After the trial, continued use requires payment per the selected plan. Pricing is published on our website. We reserve the right to suspend service for overdue payments.

4. Intellectual Property

SmartSellGPT software IP belongs to us. Data you upload (product materials, conversations) belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to use such data solely for providing the service.

5. Disclaimer

This is an AI-based service. While we continuously improve model accuracy, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You should independently evaluate AI outputs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

6. Changes & Termination

We may adjust features and pricing with advance notice. You may stop using the service at any time. Prepaid fees are refunded on a pro-rata basis.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or in the courts of our registered domicile.
